Tentative Agenda 

  1. Review progress on open meetings provisions   (Open Meeting Rationale (Dr. J.W. Good))

  2. Recommend an evaluation format for surveying the effectiveness on the governing concepts. (Perhaps one 10-min survey can be developed for use by committees on how well they work in committee, among committees, in the Senate and in the university)

  3. Conduct teaching and learning sessions for the university community using the bylaws, the governing concepts and the survey for reflection and improvement. 

  4. Review the list of potential issues, specifically Level I, II, III tables as updated, and determine if and when to consider any of these as a committee
