This agenda was drafted by Elizabeth Combier and myself and was informed by recently circulating posts to the usgfc email list as well as other items on which the council may wish to deliberate. Elizabeth Combier checked with Sabrina Thompson, Chancellor Huckaby's Assistant, and learned that his schedule does not permit him to attend this meeting. Dr. Linda Noble, Associate Vice Chancellor for Faculty Affairs in the University System of Georgia, has indicated her intent to be in attendance. This agenda will be finalized as the first order of business at the meeting and is subject to revision as determined by those present at the November 5, 2011 meeting. There are some supporting documents for some of the tentative agenda items under the "At the Meeting" heading of the meeting website
