Subject: Version 2: Tentative USBGCC Agenda: 03-08-06 (with timeline)

The tentative agenda for the 03-08-06 meeting of the USBGCC is

1.  Discussion of the attached document which provides a starting point to classifying the proposed items for consideration
as revisions of the bylaws into Level I (housekeeping, calendar, efficiency of business), Level III (Complex issues requiring broad review) and Level II (those in between Levels I and III).  This is a draft that will serve as a starting point for consideration of the committee.

2.  Discussion of a  proposed timeline (to be forwarded soon) for the bylaws work for the remainder of this year

Wed, March  29, 2006  Continue Discussion of Level I (Review progress of Drafting Committee)
Wed, April 5, 2006  Final Review of Draft
Th, April 6, 2006 Present to Executive Committee for endorsement
Sun, April 9, 2006 Deadline for submission of motions for the University Senate meeting on April 24, 2006


3.  Commence discussion of those items classified as Level I in the capacity as the consulting body from the bylaws revision process
