  • Recommending university policy; administrators also write policy outside of shared governance? 
  • Reviewing proposals upon request of the administration?
  • Facilitating the referral of concerns? (how does review of energy management as an example mesh with university policy,  administrative policy and/or procedure to implement university policy)?
  • Conveying intent through resolution
