·        Review and adopt proposal for Governing Concepts

·        Determine process and schedule for review of Governing Concepts by the university community

·        Establish subcommittee to propose a process for review and outline of the following work:

o       Fundamentally rethink how we organize our committees

o       new outline of US Bylaws based on Governing Concepts

o       major conceptual issues to be incorporated under each heading based on what has been referred to USB&GCC

·        Check process
