USB&GCC members,
 
Attached is a three-page summary document I scanned from a hard copy based on Margaret Wheatley's work.  Her substantive work based on quantum theory reiterates and supports a great deal of what we have heard from the presented research reports. 
 
For example in the dimension of power, we must define who decides, what, and how but also look at how the parts relate to each other in the university.  Based on her work, power is enhanced by building effective relationships between and among administrators, faculty, staff and students. In fact, the relationships are virtually everything when it comes to enhanced power.
 
I apologize for the size of the document and will try to get it reformatted to save space.  In the meantime, enjoy, perhaps with a very stiff alcoholic substance in a California hot tub.
