Shared Purpose and Vision 

 

 

Question:  What are the interdependent variables in an organization which create a shared purpose and vision?

A purpose and vision genuinely shared by all stakeholders in an organizational community culture of extraordinary trust provides the cohesive glue for an organization’s existence and direction. (C. Reynolds)
