I did not notice the message below from Judith Malachowski to Sally Humphries when I processed the intervening Sally Humphries email.
Judy's message provides details regarding the RPIPC task force on Common Meeting Time that may be of interest to you.

Hi all.
We have the go-ahead from Dr. Jordan to begin work developing a survey instrument.
Your names have been put forward as members of this committee.
Im touching base to confirm your acceptance of this assignment. Im hoping we can determine the make-up of this committee very soon and have an organizational meeting towards the end of next week.
Please let me know times that you are not available next Thursday and Friday. Hopefully, if we can keep the committee small enough, we will actually be able to find a common meeting time. J

Hi, Sally thanks for your patience regarding the common meeting time survey.
Catherine and I met with the Provost last week for clarification and next steps.
1. RPIPC will oversee this process with you as lead representing RPIPC
2. Committee members should include
a. SAPC Dianne Chamblee (Dianne.chamblee@gcsu.edu) is chair; she can recommend someone.
b. FAPC Craig Turner (craig.turner@gcsu.edu) has volunteered.
c. SGA perhaps the President Evan Karanovich (sga.president@gcsu.edu ) or someone he recommends.
d. Staff council either Jen Maraziti (jen.maraziti@gcsu.edu) or Liz Havey (liz.havey@gcsu.edu ) . Liz could bring the international perspective.
e. Paul Jones (paul.jones@gcsu.edu ) and Kay Anderson (kay.anderson@gcsu.edu) .
3. The focus this semester is creating a valid and reliable instrumented to be implemented in Fall. You may need other perspectives on your committee its your call.
4. According to the Provost, the survey must be prefaced with information as to the intents of the change:
a. To maximize classroom utilization.
b. To allow students to take more classes and thus graduate in a timely manner.
Please let me know what help you need as you get started.
Thanks so much!
