On behalf of the 2011-2012 Faculty Affairs Policy Committee (FAPC), I am filing the committee operating procedures with the 2011-2012 Executive Committee as called for in Article III, Section 1 of the University Senate Bylaws (copied below). 

These operating procedures were reviewed and approved by the committee members present at the 2 September 2011 FAPC meeting and are posted at the FAPC committee web presence which has url http://info.gcsu.edu/intranet/univ_senate/SCs2011-2012/FAPC/index.htm

 

If this email notification is insufficient to be in compliance with the process for filing these operating procedures for the 2011-2012 academic year, please educate me on the filing procedure.

Relevant University Senate Bylaw:
III.Section 1. The University Senate shall discharge its responsibilities through a system of standing committees elected by and directly responsible to the University Senate. These standing committees shall establish their own operating policies and procedures consistent with these bylaws and the University Statutes. These must be filed with the Executive Committee and updated as needed.
