Dear Senate Retreat Participants,
With the retreat less than a week away it’s time finalize some logistical details (see below).
I have attached materials that will be used at the retreat. You will also be provided with a printed copy of these materials when you board the bus (or at Callaway, for those of you driving).
The attachments include:
- 2012 Senate Retreat Materials
- 2012 Senate Retreat Directions and Maps
- 2011-2012 Standing Committee Annual Reports (APC, CAPC, FAPC, RPIPC, SAPC – You only need the one relevant to your current committee assignment.)
If possible, please take the time to review these materials prior to the sessions on Wednesday.
The bus will be departing from Callaway immediately after the meeting on Wednesday as only three people indicated that they wanted to stay longer to spend time in the Gardens. However, keep in mind that some people will be driving to the retreat and you may be able to convince them to stay a little longer to explore with you.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Catherine
