1.      1. Motion 0910.RPIPC.002.P  Teleworking/Flextime Policy

·         To adopt the USG Board of Regents Teleworking/Flextime Policy as the GCSU Teleworking/Flextime Policy.

·         Motion passed.

2.    2. Information Items

·         Utility Cart Procedures

·   RPIPC reviewed and endorsed procedures for the use utility carts on campus. The intent is to establish safe procedures and practices and to promote a safer environment.

·         Project Governance for Capital Construction Projects

·   RPIPC is continuing to discuss a policy relating to governance of capital construction projects. The policy aims to ensure effective management, oversight, and user input on capital projects. The policy will be brought before Senate as a motion at the next meeting.
