Discussion Item:
The meeting was dedicated to a discussion of what CAPC could do to streamline and systematize the routing of all changes to academic programs. The key point of discussion was inconsistencies for different levels of program changes. The inconsistencies have made it difficult to pass up to date information back to departments concerning the status of their desired changes. Therefore, CAPC will work with the Provost’s office to update routing procedures in hopes of further clarification and better communication.
