Academic Policy Committee (APC)

At the November 26th Senate meeting, I, Janet Clark, presented the following motion on behalf of the

APC for approval by the University Senate membership:
 

Motion 0708.APC.001.P, to revise the qualifications for Deanís List and Presidentís List as follows:
1. The minimum GPA for the Dean's List be raised from 3.2 to 3.5,
2. The cumulative GPA requirement be eliminated for both the Dean's List and
the President's List,
3. The student must have completed at least 12 hours of credit and have no 'I" or "F" grades during the semester, and
4. The new requirements will be effective beginning Fall 2008 semester for all undergraduate students.
