I. October 5 Meeting —

P Discussion of Move out times by Eve Puckett

• Eve will keep us posted as to whether the new strategies we discussed to disseminate information are working

P Discussion of Meal Plans by Kyle Cullars

• Kyle will explore the possibility of using student’s swipes for meal plans on others and not just themselves and report back to us at a later date

II. November 2, 2007 Meeting —

P Early College

• We have asked Camille Daniel-Tyson and Dr. Linda Irwin-Devitis to come and discuss these issue with us

  • What is the goal of early college?

  • What is the role of early college on campus?

  • How do the students of early college fit into the college experience at GCSU?

P Students Rights During Administrative Hearings on campus (namely for Student Judicial Board (SJB)) have been questioned

• We are currently working on a revised student rights handout

P Some Greek organizations on campus are concerned about students sitting on their benches

• They are working with grounds crew on this issue currently
