We did not have quorum at the meeting, but the members present listened to a report from Donald Steward about current technology policy.  The committee discussed the demise of the University Services Committee, and mentioned that they would be interested in serving on the new Resources, Planning, and Institutional Policy Committee (RPIPC) if necessary.  The transition to the new committee structure was considered an improvement to the current committee structure, and the committee members looked forward to supporting shared governance in the future.
