• The Executive Committee routed several recommendations to the Bylaws and Statutes team for action.  J.W. Good will report at this US meeting
• Sent letters to the school deans regarding school elections of university senators

·    Received list of replacement Senators from School Deans – Autumn Grubb (for Bob Wilson), Marjorie Johnson (for Martha Colvin),  Robert Viau (for Mary Magoulick)

• Received a report from the Committee on Nominations for committee replacements.  Harry Glover will report at this US meeting.
• Continue to monitor the work on the On-line Motion Tracking System for University Senate business
• Continue to monitor the work on the Student Opinion Survey form scheduled for Spring 2005
