REPORT TO UNIVERSITY SENATE ON NOVEMBER 29, 2004

1)                  We discussed bringing in people to detail exactly what the student fees are, what they are used for, how they are dispersed, and the services they provide for the students.

2)                  We discussed the many problems and issues with space reservation here at GC&SU:  No one seems to know who is ultimately in charge, there are communication problems across the board with people who work in the space reservation areas of the university, and there is no one to complain to when reservations are lost, dates are screwed up, food is not served, rooms are not reserved, etc.  We also will bring in someone or several someones to give us information about this conundrum.

3)                  We approved the Mission/Vision statement with revisions
