Library Election Clarification Spring 2006

Agreement #3 Executive Committee Meeting 02-02-06 As the Library/General
Division category of the Corps of Instruction List is presently populated
exclusively with Library faculty, agreed that the Library election of a Senator
with a 2006-2008 term would be conducted in a manner consistent with the
bylaws requirements for the School elections where the role of the School Dean
would be assumed by the Director of the Library.

Note:  On 02-06-06 Craig Turner (secretary of the executive committee) met with
Rachel Schipper (University Librarian and Director of the Library) to clarify these
bylaws requirements.
