To assess USA Patriot Act and maintain compliance as directed by the Board of Regents.
To assess hazards and develop plans, practices and procedures for addressing potential emergencies.

 

Membership:  The Board of Regents made the recommendation of who should serve on the committee and the President assigned members to the committee.  The Director of Legal Affairs oversees the committee membership.
