Dear Georgia Faculty Governance Units Meeting Participants:
 
Please find attached the Final Agenda for our meeting including Directions to Clayton State University, Parking Directions and Directions to the Meeting Areas.
 
Also attached is a parking permit for the day. Please print it out and place in your car on the front dashboard. You can park in the E parking lot or the lot North of the F parking lot (both are Faculty Parking Areas).
 
The direction to the meeting areas is in the first attachment, and is replicated here:
 
1. Parking: Please park in the E parking lot, or the parking lot between D and F (Faculty Parking)
2. The UC260 Board Room is in the James M. Baker University Center (Bldg. 3). Go West of the Parking lots and past the Health Sciences Building (Bldg. 5) and the Lecture Hall (Bldg. 6).
3. The UC260 Board Room, The President's Suite (Lunch) and the Provost's Board Room (Breakout for Benefits) are all in the James M. Baker University Center.
 
Once you enter the UC Building (James M. Baker University Center), proceed to UC260. There will be a registration desk for you to sign in, receive your nametag and a participation package.The reception for the BOR / USG Executives will be in the UC260 room. Please try to register between 930am and 10am at the latest.
 
We have 24 Georgia Faculty Governance Units Participants representing 22 of the USG Universities and Colleges ? A Great Turnout for our First Meeting!
