The Governance Retreat will be held from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Wed., 11 Aug 2010 at GCSU’s West Campus Center.  This is the Wednesday prior to the start of the Fall 2010 semester. Do you plan to attend the annual Governance Retreat?      YES         NO

 

Decisions about food have not been finalized.  To ensure that there will be food that you can enjoy do you have any dietary needs, such as allergies or common foods that you require, of which the Governance Retreat Planning Work Group should be aware?             YES             NO             If yes, please specify:

The Governance Retreat has several important aims, one of which is to help members of the U. S. cohere. If there is an opportunity for socializing at the end of the day (3-4 PM) to foster this aim will you likely participate?  YES    NO    Depends on my mood then
