1. Karynne Kleine, Presiding Officer of the 2009-2010 University Senate, called the meeting to order at 12:31 p.m.
2. A motion to approve the 22 February 2010 minutes as circulated was made, seconded, and approved.
3. President Leland gave the President's Report.
4. Committee reports were given in the following order.
   • Student Affairs Policy Committee (SAPC) - Macon McGinley
   • As part of the SAPC report, Student Government Association (SGA) - Zach Mullins
   • 0910.SAPC.002.P Student Amnesty Policy
     • Motion Text: To approve the proposed Student Amnesty Policy as outlined in the supporting document.
     • SENATE ACTION on 0910.SAPC.002.P: APPROVED
   • Executive Committee (ECUS) - Karynne Kleine
   • 0910.EC.001.B Bylaws Revisions March 2010--Editorial
     • Motion Text: To approve the proposed editorial revisions to the University Senate Bylaws as indicated in the supporting document entitled "March 2010 Editorial Revisions."
     • SENATE ACTION on 0910.EC.001.B: POSTPONED to April 19, 2010 in compliance with the bylaws revisions process
   • 0910.EC.002.B Bylaws Revisions March 2010--Two-tier Process
     • Motion Text: To replace Article VI of the University Senate Bylaws with the proposed revision as indicated in the supporting document entitled "March 2010 Two-tier Revision Process."
     • SENATE ACTION on 0910.EC.002.B: POSTPONED to April 19, 2010 in compliance with the bylaws revisions process
