University Services Committee Report

Given at the March 19, 2007 University Senate meeting

We presented the Conflict of Interest Policy motion to the senate for approval.

 

The committee met with Greg Brown (Parking and Transportation manager) and Kyle Cullars (Executive Director Auxiliary Services) to discuss some needed changes to the parking allocation of campus space.  The USC was informed that Parking and Transportation planned to meet with an advisory board, as requested by senate policy, to discuss some changes.  In addition, ADA items would be addressed by a campus stakeholders group to review other areas of concern.  The USC felt there was not any need for policy review at this time, but that all of the concerns were procedural that could be addressed by adherence to the current polices.
