SAUS Committee met Friday 2/18. 

Paul Jones briefed us on changes to the Commencement Ceremony including new location, ticketing, stoles, etc. and asked us to submit the new plan to Senate as a motion which we will submit for the next (March 2005) Senate Meeting.

Roxanne Farrar brought copies of the Annual Report Draft/guidelines sent by Craig to get feedback from the Committee, and incorporated all of their input into her Annual Report Draft.

The Committee will meet again on Friday March 11.
