Date: Thu, 20 Mar 2008 08:26:02 -0400

Fellow GCSU Members of the Faculty,

Your voice as a member of the GCSU faculty is important, and here is your opportunity to participate and make a difference in shared governance. The University Senate Committee on Nominations is looking for volunteers to serve on committees of the University Senate. These volunteers must be faculty who are not already on the University Senate. Below is the link you can use to access the Committee Preference Survey for Non-Senators. Please use it to express your interest and preferences of the committee(s) on which you would be willing to serve.

Members of the 2008-2009 University Senate are required to serve on a committee of the University Senate and should have received an invitation to express their committee preferences under separate cover. Please take this opportunity to join them.

As a non-senator, please indicate your preferences by completing the survey no later than close of business on Thursday, March 27, 2008.

Use the following link to gain access the University Senate Motion Tracking System: http://oldcapitol.gcsu.edu/senate/ .  At the top center of that page, is the link to the preference survey for non-senators, easily identified by ***Click Here for Preference Survey for Non-Senators***.
